Abstract
Description
Bo-hrkrone Drill bit
The invention relates to a drill bit with a crown body and a reamer device, in particular for drilling overlay.
In many places the earth's surface is covered with rock rubble, which is mostly of glacial origin. During drilling work this represents so-called overlay usually bigger problems than drilling in rock. So that the drill pipe does not get jammed or the borehole after pulling out the drill by breaking the wall does not coincide, a casing pipe is usually used, which corresponds to the advance the hole is lowered. However, this requires that the drill produces a hole, their diameter is at least as large as the diameter of the Casing. To enable this, known drilling equipment has a drill head on, in which an eccentric is attached behind the drill bit, on which a so-called Reamer with an eccentric opening sits. This scraper has the job of to widen the hole drilled by the drill bit in such a way that the Liner allows. If it becomes necessary during a drilling job, the drill bit to lift up, the rod is first turned in the opposite direction, whereby the reamer is also rotated on the eccentric and brought into a position, which allows the drill head to be lifted up through the casing. These Drilling equipment has the disadvantage that lateral forces occur when drilling, which cause high wear. There is also the risk of a deviation from the desired one Drilling direction given.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a drill bit with a To create crown body and a reamer device, in which the disadvantages described can be avoided and is easy to use.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the clearing device is arranged on the front side in the bit body of the drill bit and at least one Broach jaws has, which in a guide in the crown body after Slidable on the outside and inward again when the crown is withdrawn from the drill hole is movable. This configuration of the drill bit has the advantage that the drill bit per se, i.e. the face of which already drills out the desired diameter. Appropriately the reamer device has a plurality of reamer jaws distributed over the end face. In particular, this prevents lateral forces from occurring when drilling, which can lead to increased wear or to the bore running away. The broaching jaws are advantageously arranged at an acute angle to the drilling axis. This has the advantage that when drilling, the forces acting on the broaching jaws these are automatically brought into the outer position. Appropriately shows, however the crown body has a chamber for each broaching jaw, which at one end with is connected to a flushing water channel and is designed so that it is on the other end receives the broach when the bit is withdrawn from the borehole will.
The reaming jaws are then opened by the pressure of the rinsing water when drilling brought into the outer position. A stop is advantageously provided here, which limits the displacement of the broaching jaw to the outside so that the mentioned at the other end of the chamber an opening is created from which the rinsing water can escape. Because the chambers are always flushed with rinsing water when drilling be flushed, they stay clean so that the clearing jaws are always held securely remain.
The Räumback2 advantageously has a surface at its outer end on, which is so inclined to the drilling axis that they are retracted the bit butts out of the borehole on the casing and pushing back the jaw inwardly effected. In contrast to the known prior art, there is no more a reverse rotation of the drill is necessary before the bit comes out of the drill hole is withdrawn. This will definitely prevent a Incorrect manipulation when lifting the crown damages the casing or the drilling equipment will.
The invention will now be referred to on the basis of an exemplary embodiment explained in more detail on the drawing.
It shows: FIG. 1 the drill bit with extended broaching jaws, wherein the casing is indicated by dashed lines, Figure 2 is a plan view of the end face the drill bit and Figure 3 the drill bit with retracted broaching jaws when pulling up through the casing.
The drill bit 10 consists essentially of a bit body 11 and a reamer device consisting of several reamer jaws distributed over the end face 13 exists. These broaching jaws 13 are in a guide 15 on the crown body 11 sliding. The guide 15 can for example be designed as a dovetail guide be. It should be noted that these guides are at an acute angle to the drilling axis are arranged so that the forces occurring during drilling tend to move the broaching jaws outwards. Stops 17 (Fiq.3 are provided to the To limit displacement of the broaching jaws 13 to the outside. The crown body 11 has for each broaching jaw 13 a chamber 19, which at one end has a bore 21 with the flushing water channel 23 is in communication.
Mit dem Bezugszeichen 27 ist ein Gewinde gezeichnet, wie es bei Bohrkronen zur Befestigung an einem Bohrgestänge üblich ist.he rinsing water channel 23 consists in the usual way of a coaxial Bore in the crown body and still has an opening 25 in the end face the drill bit opens. With the reference numeral 27 a thread is drawn as it with drill bits for attachment to a drill pipe is common.
It should now be noted that the stop 17 is arranged so that the displacement of the broaching jaw 13 is limited to the outside so that a small Opening 29 is created on the face of the drill bit, from which flushing water is used for flushing can escape when drilling one If the pressure is about 50atü, rinsing water flows continuously from the opening when drilling 29 and thus prevents dirt from entering the chamber 19.
Each broaching jaw 13 has a surface 31 at its outer end, which is arranged obliquely to the drill bit axis or drill axis 32 that it when withdrawing the crown from the drill hole at the point indicated by dashed lines in the drawing liner 33 shown abuts. So if the drill bit is pulled out of the borehole, so it is sufficient to turn off the flush, whereupon the clearing jaws 13 in the in Figure 3 return to the position shown. If this does not happen automatically, so will the broaching jaws pushed inwards through the inclined surface 31 when they are on the casing 33.
In the embodiment shown, the crown body and the broaching jaws are equipped with drill pins 35 made of hard metal or the like. However, it is within the skill of the art it is clear that other equipment can also be selected, and that depending on the Intended use Deviations from the construction shown in the exemplary embodiment can be made.
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, it is possible to hold it in place to provide, consisting of a piston 39 movable in a bore 37 and a spring 41 consists, wherein the mole! 39 can engage in a notch 43 of the broaching jaw 13, to hold on to it. The bore 37 is connected to the flushing water channel via a channel 38 23 connected so that the flushing water pressure acting on the piston clears the jaw 13 holds in its position with great force during operation.
The invention is particularly suitable for overlay bores under Use of casing pipes, but also for deep drilling in rock, for drilling wells and the same.
