Abstract

A headrest for a car seat in which the support frame is made from two sections of profiled metal strip (5) bent into a smaller outline of the cushion and burried inside the cushion. Denn die Einlage besteht nunmehr aus lediglich zwei als Profilleisten ausgebildeten Teilen, deren Verformen in einer einfachen Biegevorrichtung keinerlei Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Insbesondere entfällt die bisher erforderliche Schweißarbeit, weil die beiden Teile der Einlage und insbesondere auch gleichzeitig die beiden Haltestangen jeweils mit einer Zentralverbindung aneinander festgelegt sind.
