Der bewegliche Nagelheber 30 ist durch eine Klemmschraube 33 in wagerechter Richtung einstellbar an einem Kopf 32 befestigt, der in senkrechter Richtung einstellbar durch eine Klemmschraube 34 mit einem Hebel 31 verbunden ist. An einem mittleren Punkte wird der Hebel 31 von einem Zapfen 37 getragen, der an einem Lenker 36 befestigt ist. Der Lenker 36 ist um einen in der Konsole 44 gelagerten Zapfen 38 drehbar. Das Ende des Nagelhebers beschreibt vermöge dieses Antriebes eine kurvenförmige Bahn B (s. Fig. 4). Das mit dem Nagelheber zusammenwirkende feste Widerlager 50 bildet das Ende einer federnden Platte 51, die durch Schrauben 52 am festen Maschinengestell befestigt ist. Über der Platte 51 ist am Maschinengestell noch eine Auffangrinne 53 angebracht. Die obere Fläche 54 des festen Widerlagers und die vordere Kante der Rinne 53 sind ungefähr parallel dem benachbarten Teile der Kurve B. Das Werkstück wird mittels einer Führung 53 und des Widerlagers 50 gestützt, derart, daß der auszuziehende Nagel A vor der Kante des Widerlagers liegt. .
