Der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Fersen-Walk- und Nagelmaschine, die sich von den bekannten dieser Art dadurch unterscheidet, daß die an sich bekannten einzelnen Organe, wie Klemmband, Leistenträger usw. durch ihre eigentümliche Gestaltung und Anbringung eine Gesamtwirkung erzielen, die von der bisherigen Gesamtwirkung in dreierlei Art verschieden ist. Erstens wird das Walken des Leders nicht durch Handdruck, sondern durch mechanischen Andruck des Leistens gegen den Walkhebel besorgt, zweitens wird dies Walken durch ein mechanisches Heben und Senken des Leistens im geeigneten Augenblick erheblich vervollkommnet. Drittens wird das Walken dadurch erleichtert, daß zwei ausschaltbare Messer den noch stehenbleibenden Rand von dem übergeholten Lappen abtrennen, so daß die übergeholten Lappen sich gut fächerartig übereinanderlegen.
