Die Neuerungen, welche den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bilden, lassen sich sowohl an Tabakspfeifen als Cigarrenspitzen, Cigarettenspitzen bezw. Pfeifen, die eine in Cigarettenform gebrachte Tabaksladung erhalten, anbringen. Um den Tabak während des Rauchens vollkommen trocken.zu erhalten, ist in dem Pfeifenrohr eine eigenthümliche Vorrichtung, Fig. 4, angebracht, durch welche der Rauch auch abgekühlt wird. Diese Kühlvorrichtung ist im Innern des mit dem Mundstück c versehenen Rohres C, das auch aus mehreren Stücken bestehen kann, angebracht. Dasselbe besteht aus gleich construirten unteren und oberen zweitheiligen Glocken d_y und d₂, die durch das Rohr D mit einander in Verbindung stehen, welches in die obere Glocke d, hineinreicht, an den Seiten mit Oeffhungen d versehen ist und über seinem oberen Ende die Schirmhaube e übergesteckt hat. Dieser Tabaksbehälter wird vortheilhaft aus Drahtgeflecht hergestellt und ist mit Dichtungsringen h (ähnlich wie der in der Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellte Tabakskorb) versehen. Das offene Ende des Behälters H steht aus dem Aufsatz G heraus und mündet daher unter dem Aufsatzdeckel g. Das geschlossene Ende legt sich, sobald der Behälter H in den Aufsatz G eingesteckt und dieser mit der Spitze verbunden wird, an einen Stift Zi₁ der Kapsel / an. Diese Kapsel /steckt in dem Verlängerungsröhrchen K, welches ein Ansatzröhrchen k mit aufgesteckter Schirmhaube / trägt. Die Schirmhaube / befindet sich in dem Hohlraum, welcher durch die auf dem Rohr K aufgesteckte Kapsel L und das Mundstück M gebildet wird. 1.
