Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of the patent claim 1.
With a common aluminum ammunition container for automatic guns a loaded tuning belt is laid in loops in such a way that one that is on top free end of the ammunition belt pulled through an exit in the container and in the ammunition feeder the weapon can be set. When operating the weapon, the belt loops pulled out of the container from above. Should, for example during a fire break, the ammunition container is refilled, this is done in the following way: A belt hanging out of the entrance of the ammunition feeder is separated in such a way that that a first end of the ammunition feeder remains held. Due to the belt separation there are two partial belt ends facing each other. A loader is placed between these Ammunition belt inserted. The length of the loaded ammunition belt to be inserted must be matched to the remaining capacity of the ammunition container in order to avoid feeding disturbances.
Die vorbeschriebene Vorgehensweise ist umständlich und zeitaufwendig. The procedure described above is cumbersome and time-consuming.
The invention is based on the object of providing a device of the initially described provide mentioned genus, through which a replenishment of a weapon-related ammunition supply is simplified significantly.
This problem is solved by the characterizing part of the claim 1 and in the characterizing part of independent claim 4 each specified invention.
The invention is based on two in the drawing schematically and while renouncing details of the illustrated embodiments that are not essential to the invention explained in more detail below for the respective right-hand side.
It shows: FIG. 1 a first exemplary embodiment with an endless belt and FIG. 2 shows a second exemplary embodiment with an extendable belt.
According to Fig. 1, a weapon B has an ammunition feeder 183 with a Transport device 182 and a de-belting point 184. An endless belt 13 is via the transport device 182 and deflection wheels 158,172, 174,180,186 and 188 led. The deflecting wheel 174 has a protective channel supported by a spring 178 176 assigned. The endless belt 13 has receptacles 131 for unit units P. and is driven with the weapon’s own energy in the direction of two arrows R v and R1 moves. An ammunition container 15 has drivable deflection wheels in its interior 150 for interconnected transport elements 152. The latter hold the unstrapped unition units P at a distance from each other and convey them in the direction of arrows R1 and R around respective a inner walls 151. The arrow Ha points against a Exit 154, into which the ammunition units P are pressed as a column 162. One Transfer point 156 is assigned to deflection wheel 158. It's hinted at on one Rotatable shaft 160, the unmarked longitudinal axes of the ammunition units P im is arranged essentially parallel. When the weapon B is operated, the endless belt moves 13, with a blunition unit in an empty receptacle 131 in the area of the transfer point 156 P is inserted. The transfer point 156 is assigned a limit switch 170: if the endless belt 13 does not move, for example during a fire break the limit switch 170 is actuated by a pressure transmitted by the column 162 and this stops the drive of the deflecting wheels 150. hen the endless belt 13 then moved further, the pressure on the limit switch 170 decreases, and the Deflection wheels 150 are driven again. About at least one not shown Opening, the container 15 can be refilled with ammunition units P if necessary. For this purpose, the weapon operation does not advantageously need to be interrupted. The movement of the endless belt 13 takes place with the weapon’s own energy, that of the deflection wheels 150 with alien energy.
According to Fig. 2, the weapon-side conditions are the leadership example similar to FIG. 1 in that a belt 13 'is also fixed in the ammunition feeder 183 and is movable via the transport device 182. In an ammunition container 14 deflection elements 264 and vertical partitions 265 are arranged on the inside. Further the ammunition container 14 has an exit 266 close to the weapon and an exit 266 remote from the weapon Input 268 for the ammunition units in the present exemplary embodiment P filled belt 13 'on. The latter is placed in loops in the ammunition container 14, which advantageously do not touch each other. A terminal link 270 of the belt 13 'can be fixed in this way in the input 268 in a manner not shown that, if necessary, a loaded additional belt 13 ″ (not shown) can be connected is. As a result, the ammunition supply close to the weapon can also be used in the present exemplary embodiment can be added during operation of the weapon B. The movement of the belt 13 'takes place with energy close to the weapon, in the direction of an arrow R2 from the output 266 is pulled. As only indicated, the belt 13 'can be designed as a disintegration belt be.
