Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 29. März 1913 ab. Längste Dauer: 4. März 1924. Patented in the German Empire on March 29, 1913. Longest duration: March 4, 1924.
A process is protected by patent 265536, addition to patent 222191, cl. 8 m, Vat dyes of the indigo and thioindigo series in colloidal water-soluble, not Bring more filterable form by removing the leuco compounds of the dyes mentioned in the presence of sulphite cellulose liquor in the cold and slowly blows out so that only an oxidation of the leuco bodies, but not also a deposition of dye he follows.
It has now been shown that in this way of working completely colloidally water-soluble dyes can also be obtained if the sulphite cellulose waste liquor is replaced by aromatic sulfonic acids and carboxylic acids, especially benzylated aminosulfonic acids, also by phenol sulfonic acids and their with or without the aid of formaldehyde available condensation products (see patents 265415 and 260379 and the French Patent 443730) as well as other water-soluble, aromatic sulfonic acids of amorphous Characters that do not contain phenolic hydroxyl, e.g. B. the sulfoderivatives of the condensation products of naphthalene and Formaldehyde, which can be obtained by using sulfonic acids of naphthalene or its homologues with formaldehyde or formaldehyde-evolving agents in the presence or absence of the condensation promoting substances treated, or that one by condensation of naphthalene or its homologues with formaldehyde or formaldehyde-evolving agents water-insoluble body treated with sulfating agents and the like.
In the patent document 237368 and their additives are already certain aromatic sulfonic acids it has been recommended to convert indigo dyes into finely divided form; one has there but did not get colloidal solutions, rather the indigo became filterable in Form precipitated because in general in the warmth and apparently using a rapid air flow was worked.
It is allowed to add to a solution of 3 kg of sodium benzylanilinesulfonate in 30 l of water normal temperature with stirring and blowing in a weak stream of air 60 kg 10% indigo white soda solution (corresponding to 6 kg indigo) over the course of 48 hours. The solution obtained is filtered, washed in the osmosis apparatus and then evaporated. The indigo can also be precipitated out of the solution by acid, without losing its solubility in water.
Analog verfährt man bei Verwendung anderer aromatischer Sulfosäuren der oben genannten Art.A similar procedure is followed when using other aromatic sulfonic acids of those mentioned above Art.
Die erhaltene blaue Lösung wird filtriert, im Osmoseapparat vom größten Teil der Salze befreit und zur Trockne eingedampft.2.5 kg of the product of the action of formaldehyde on cresol sulfonic acid are dissolved (see French patent 443730) in 20 l of water and leaves 60 kg in the course of 48 hours 100% indigo white soda solution (equivalent to 6 kg indigo) while stirring and blowing in flow of an air stream. The blue solution obtained is filtered in the osmosis apparatus freed from most of the salts and evaporated to dryness.
Beispiel III.Example III.
3 kg des Einwirkungsproduktes von Formaldehyd auf Naphtalin-ß-sulfosäure werden unter Zusatz von 1 kg 10 prozentiger Natronlauge in 30 1 Wasser gelöst und unter Rühren 60 kg 10 prozentige Indigweißnatronlösung während3 kg of the action product of formaldehyde on naphthalene-ß-sulfonic acid are under Addition of 1 kg of 10 percent sodium hydroxide solution dissolved in 30 1 of water and, with stirring, 60 kg 10 percent indigo white soda solution during
The solution obtained is after filtration through calico with dilute acetic acid acidified, filtered through a felt filter, treated in the osmosis apparatus as above and evaporated.
