Die Erfindung betrifft das Einpressen von Schallkurven in erhitztes Stahlblech und besteht darin, daß man zur Erzeugung der Hitze die Elektrizität benutzt, am einfachsten in der Weise, daß man den Hitzstrom durch das Blech selbst lenkt.The invention relates to the pressing of sound curves into heated sheet steel and consists in that one uses electricity to generate the heat, easiest in the way that one directs the heat flow through the sheet metal itself.
Das zu formende Blatt α (Fig. 1) wird z. Das Blatt erhitzt sich bis zur hellen Rotglut und wird prägbar; es genügt dann der schnelle Schlag einer Presse oder der Stoß einer Matrize, die unter der Platte d angeordnet ist, um die leichte und genaue Formung herheizufuhren.
