Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hemdhose, die im Gegensatz zu den bekannten Anordnungen dieser Art auch gleichzeitig als Ersatz für ein Korsett oder Mieder dienen soll. Dieser doppelte Verwendungszweck wird durch die neuartige Vereinigung eines aus einem einzigen Band bestehenden, um die Brust und um die Schultern zu führenden Busenhalters, einer in der Magengegend hohl liegenden, auswechselbaren Schutzplatte und einer im Rücken zu verschnürenden Leibbinde erreicht.
