Abstract
Description
Dacheindeckungse lement Roofing element
The invention relates to a roofing element in the preamble of claim 1 characterized in more detail (DT-OS 22 33 058). This is basically irrelevant whether the lower parts after laying - as with DT-OS 22 33 058 - are arranged completely within the space between the roof battens or partially protrude beyond the roof batten level and / or with the fall line the roof protruding projections on the roof slats are on. In the same In this way, the lower parts can, for example, only be placed between be arranged on the roof battens and rest on the rafters. Also is it is fundamentally irrelevant for the subject matter of the invention whether the sub-parts in the area of their side edges additionally with shaped projections for the interlocking and aligned engagement in adjacently arranged sub-parts after installation are provided.
The weather protection part is on the eaves side and on one of these adjacent board side edge beyond the lower part to after laying a Overlap with one laterally adjacent and a lower roofing element and thus to ensure a secure roof waterproofing. Cover thereby several weather protection layers of adjacent roofing elements in each other Border area. This creates an accumulation, particularly in the area of the nodes of superimposed weather reports. This multilayeredness makes itself felt Noticeable in the form of a slightly humped surface on the finished roof. A particular disadvantage here is that in the mutual overlap areas the weather protection parts are not firmly attached. Rather, they are partially there hollow. In this area there are - if not different adhesive layer thicknesses can be used - no firm adhesive bond between the one on top of the other Weather protection parts of neighboring roofing elements as well as between the underlying one Lower part and the overlying weather protection parts possible. In addition, in these areas, the weather protection parts from the outside particularly susceptible to mechanical Injuries, such as those caused by putting on a ladder or the like. may occur.
The invention is based on the object of roofing elements to train the type mentioned so that their weather protection parts after Do not lay them hollow in the mutual overlapping areas, but rather tightly on top of each other and lie on the lower part. This task is indicated by the indicator of claim 1 solved.
The invention is of particular importance provided that that the weather protection part is made of a plastic material, e.g. one that can be welded Bitumen roofing membrane, which can also be coated, e.g. with a copper foil can. Such weather protection parts can be preformed as flat webs. she nestle easily with the respective height level of the partial surface that supports them the surface of the lower part. In other words, one can say that the Invention underlying idea when using such plastic weather protection parts lies therein, the surface of the lower parts forming the thermal barrier coating so in to profile that after the laying of the roofing elements one after the outside is essentially flat roof skin and that opposite the outer surface of the roof cladding, the individual partial areas of the lower parts in the mutual overlap areas of the weather protection parts have a depth that corresponds to the number of cover layers multiplied by the layer thickness of a weather protection part.
So, to a certain extent, it becomes the external unevenness that is perceived as disadvantageous the roof cladding is laid on the inside of the weathering layer, where it does not interfere and also no adverse effects on rapid drainage to the Having eaves side. This also creates the individual layers of weather no transverse profiling of the roof cladding, which leads to water accumulation and thus lead to the risk of water entering the roof membrane from the side can.
Although the use of weather protection parts from a plastic Material - as described at the beginning - is particularly advantageous, but it is quite conceivable, the weather protection parts also made of an elastic or even to produce a rigid material. In the latter case it might be useful be the weather protection parts that essentially keep their panels in shape to profile that they after laying the roofing elements in their node areas a mutual overlap with simultaneous full resting on each other as well on the surfaces of the lower parts. The weather protection parts could but also be rigid and flat on both sides. Then, however, the Partial areas of the lower part do not run exactly parallel to the plane of the roof surface.
The roofing element consists of the weather protection part 1 and the lower part 2. The weather protection part 1 is a bitumen roofing membrane that can optionally be coated, e.g. also by a copper foil. The lower part 2 consists of thermal insulation material, e.g. a hard, viable Foam plastic. The lower part 2 can optionally with its underside in a Lay in foil wells, as is basically known from DT-OS 22 33 058.
Here, the film trough can also be used to fix the lower part 2 can be used on the roof structure.
The lower part 2 has a substantially rectangular surface with both of them at right angles to the fall line 6 of the roof after installation lying side edges 3.4 have a distance from one another, which corresponds to the distance is matched between two roof battens 5. This distance in the direction of the fall line 6 can vary slightly depending on whether the lower part 2 is completely in the space lie between the roof battens 5, so the roof battens 5 not at least partially should cover, or whether a partial overlap of the roof battens through the lower part 2 is desired, as can be seen from Fig. 12, for example.
Die beiden etwa rechteckigen Teilflächen 7,8 die nach Verlegung des Dacheindeckungselements jeweils die beiden firstseitigen Eckbereiche 9,10 bilden, liegen in der unteren Ebene C.The surface of the lower part 2 facing the weather part 1 is made of partial areas that are in three different, mutually parallel planes A, B and C lie. The two approximately rectangular partial areas 7, 8 after the roofing element has been laid each forming the two ridge-side corner areas 9, 10, lie in the lower Level C.
The partial areas 7, 8 extend over the area in which with the finished roof, however, has a triple coverage of weather protection parts 1 is present.
The partial area 11 lying in the upper plane A is also rectangular formed and fills the lower right (FIG. 4) corner region 12 on the eaves side. With its ridge-side delimiting edge that is horizontally aligned after laying 13 it forms a common boundary edge with that in the upper right corner area 10 lying partial surface 8, which lies in the lower plane C. With her the free one with the corner edge of the lower part 2 coinciding corner edge 14 diagonally opposite Corner edge 15 abuts against the inner corner edge 16 of the other, in the lower one Partial surface 7 lying on plane C, which forms the corner region 9.
The two remaining sub-areas 26, 27 lie in the middle plane B between planes A and C. The distance 16 between planes A and B or B and C corresponds approximately to the layer thickness 17 of a heat protection part.
The lower parts 2 can in the area of their ridge-side side edge 3 and side edge 4 on the eaves side with gradations running parallel to these 18,19 be provided with which they slats 5 placed on the surface of the roof and can be held by them.
After laying the roofing elements, the weather protection parts 1 are welded to one another in their mutual overlapping areas, what in their training as bitumen sheets in a simple way by heating and mutual Pressing against each other is possible.
If above of the sub-areas 7,8,11,26 lying in three planes and 27 is spoken, they do not have to be formed on the lower part 2 in the initial state be.
It is entirely possible within the scope of the invention to use lower parts 2 starting with a flat surface and adhesive layers - if necessary with fillers - To use different layer thicknesses, so that in the final state of the roofing element only the partial areas 7,8,11,26,27 lying in three different levels exist are. This solution is particularly conceivable for rigid weather protection parts.
