Der Auflagentisch 7 dient als Gegenelektrode und nimmt einen aus Karton bestehenden Träger 6 sowie eine auf letzteren befindliche weichermacherfreie PVC-Folie 8 auf. Kommen die Schneidwerkzeuge 1 bei Bewegung der Aufhängeeinrichtung 9 gegen den Auflagentisch 7 mit der PVC-Folie in Eingriff, so werden von den Schnittkanten 10 der Schneidwerkzeuge 1 die entsprechenden Folienteile aus der PVC-Folie 8 ausgeschnitten und bestimmte, im genannten Spezialkarton erhaltene Binde- und Klebemittel gleichzeitig bei Aufheizung durch den Hochfrequenzstromstoß der Schweißelektrodenteile 5 der Schneidwerkzeuge 1 derart aktiviert, daß mindestens entlang einer Kante jedes ausgeschnittenen FoHenteils 2 eine schweißmäßige Verbindung von Folienteil 2 und Karton 6 unter Bildung der Einstecktaschen hergestellt wird.As shown in Fig. 1 shows, cutting tools 1 with any cutting edge contour corresponding to the size of the insert pockets 2 to be produced (FIG. 3) for postage stamps, postcards or the like are attached to a suspension device 9 which can be moved to and fro with respect to a support table 7 (arrow directions A and B) and serve as welding electrodes 5 (FIG. 2), which can be heated by a heater 3 located in the suspension device 9.
