Der Rücken besteht aus einzelnen Gliedern i, deren Längskanten nicht ganz bis auf den Mittelteil umgerollt sind. Die Verbindung der Glieder 1 untereinander ist durch ähnlich gestaltete Glieder 2 hergestellt, deren ebenfalls gerollte Kanten die zweier benachbarter Glieder 1 umfassen. Der Anschluß der Glieder 1 an die Buchdeckel 4 erfolgt durch Gelenke 3 in Form einer 8 (Fig. 5 und 6). Bei der in Fig. 5 dargestellten Ausführungsform ist in der Kante des Buchrückens eine Spindel 5 verschiebbar gelagert, die an den den Gelenken 3 gegenüberliegenden Stellen mit Einschnürungen 6 versehen ist. Die freien Teile der Gelenke 3 sind derart aufgeschnitten, daß der so entstandene Schlitz 7 gerade über die Einschnürungen hmwegbewegt werden kann. Ist dies geschehen und wird dann die Spindel 5 verschoben, so kommt ein stärkerer Teil der Spindel 5 mit dem Gelenk 3 in Eingriff, so daß dieses von der Spindel festgehalten und mit dem Deckel verbunden ist.Fig. 2 the back surface from the inside,
