Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Vorwärmung von Speisewasser für Dampfkessel durch Mischung des Wassers mit Kesseldampf. Außen erfolgt die Heizung durch Zumischung des Dampfes am zweckmäßigsten durch schräg in Richtung des Speisewasserstromes weisende Düsen E, so daß zugleich die lebendige Kraft des Dampfes zur Beschleunigung des Wassers und zur Überwindung der Reibungswiderstände ausgenutzt wird. Der Eintritt des Heizdampfes in die Vorrichtung erfolgt bei A, der Abzug des Wasser- und Dampfgemisches bei D.
