In diese Büchse k ragt der sich anfangs etwa über die ganze Länge der Büchse k, die ungefähr so lang ist wie die Außenhülse, erstreckende Cereisenstift I hinein. Ist das aus der Hülse herausragende Ende des Cereisens abgenutzt, so wird durch Drehen der Gewindebüchse k mittels eines oben an ihr befestigten Knopfes die Mutter m verschoben, derart, daß der von dieser getragene Cereisenstift I aus der Hülse herausbewegt wird.
