Da das Rohrstück in seiner Länge veränderbar ist, ist es ohne weiteres möglich, dieses zum Zwecke des Anbohrens etwas zurückzuschieben, so daß die Stirnseite des Bohrers gut sichtbar ist. Sobald der Bohrer od.dgl. an der gewünschten Stelle aufgesetzt ist, wird das Rohrstück wieder auseinandergezogen oder geschoben, so daß seine Stirnseite dichtend auf der Fläche aufsitzt, in die ein Loch gebohrt werden soll.
