Die Erfindung betrifft eine mit einem Postbriefkasten in Verbindung gebrachte selbstkassierende Vorrichtung zur Entnahme von Postformularen u. dgl., wodurch die öffentliche Briefsammelstelle zugleich zu einem Verkaufsapparat hergerichtet wird, der an Ort und Stelle im allgemeinen die Aufgabe einer vom Publikum aufzusuchenden Postanstalt erledigen oder ein Postamt bezüglich des Verkaufs von postalischen Formularen u. dgl. entlasten kann. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht in der Verbindung des postmäßig ausgestatteten Briefkastens mit einem selbstkassierenden Verkaufsapparat derart, daß das Briefkastenschild selbst den Entnahmespalt, durch den die Formulare, Karten usw. verausgabt werden, in Handgriffhöhe enthält, und daß zwischen dieser Schildplatte und der eigentlichen Briefkastenfrontwand ein verdeckter Niederfallschacht geschaffen wird, in welchen von oben her die Verkaufsgegenstände hineingleiten. Kartenstapeln mittels der selbstkassierenden Einrichtung freigegebenen und abgefallenen Pakete bildet. Der selbstkassierende Verkaufsapparat, dessen Aufbau oberhalb des Briefkastens sich von selbst ergibt, kann im übrigen von bekannter Bauart sein; sowohl das übliche System der horizontal übereinander gestapelten Pakete bzw. Einzelkarten ist anwendbar wie das Prinzip mit hängenden Paketen bzw. Stapeln, von denen die Einzelgegenstände in der Vorderwand hinter einer Glasplatte abwärts gefördert werden.
