Der Gegenstand der Erfindung findet Anwendung an Matratzen, bei denen die Auflagefläche durch rostartig nebeneinander angeordnete Holzlatten gebildet ist, die, nach oben J federnd aufgebogen, im Rahmen gelagert sind, derart, daß ohne Benutzung von Spiralfedern p. dgl. eine nachgiebige und dabei widerstandsfähige Auflagefläche erzielt wird.
