Das keilförmige Einlagestück c ist an seinem vorderen Ende verstärkt und mit einer flachen Ausbuchtung versehen, so daß es an dem von dem Stahlband b umspannten Rohr entsprechende Anlehnung findet; dasselbe ist in dem Halter a nicht verschiebbar, trägt also eine Durchbohrung für den Schraubenbolzen d.
