Um Hohlkörper mit weiter Mündung, z. Das Gleiche geschieht bei der Herstellung von kleineren Hohlkörpern mit weiter öffnung, nur daß hier die Form so gestaltet ist, daß darin ein Hohlkörper von im allgemeinen prismatischem Querschnitt entsteht, auf dessen im übrigen ebenen Flächen eine Vielzahl von Auswölbungen sitzt, deren jede einem der herzustellenden Hohlkörper entspricht und durch Aussägen aus dem Hauptkörper gelöst wird. Nach der Erfindung und gemäß Fig.. 1 der Zeichnung werden die zur Herstellung beliebig großer Hohlkörper aus Quarz mit weiter Mündung dienenden, im Querschnitt im allgemeinen prismatisch ausgebildeten, mehrteiligen Formkästen α so eingerichtet, daß die Wandungsteile b, δ2, welche nach außen gewölbt sind und den zu gewinnenden Teilkörpern mit weiter Mündung entsprechen, nicht über die Prismenwände c vorspringen, sondern so unter die Wandebenen nach innen versenkt erscheinen, daß die Wölbungsscheitel ungefähr in der Wandebene liegen, und daß der innere Rand δ1 dieser Aus Wölbungen ringsum durch nach außen strebende Flächenteile β .an die Wandungsebene angeschlossen ist.
