Abstract
Description
Befestigungsvorrichtung für First- oder Gratsteine Fastening device for ridge or ridge stones
The invention relates to a fastening device for ridge or ridges on a roof structure, in which a wire on the one hand Underside of the ridge or ridge stone and on the other hand on the roof structure is anchored.
Ridge or ridge stones are usually mortared and if necessary additionally attached by a wire in such a way that this one end to an eyelet on the underside of the ridge or ridge stone and with the other end is attached to the roof structure by means of a nail.
The disadvantage is that the short connection from the ridge stone to Roof structure has very little elasticity and flexibility, so that the The eyelet on the underside of the ridge stone is easily torn out and thus the ridge or Ridge stone lies unsecured on the roof. If, on the other hand, the wire is not tightened, so the ridge or ridge stones lie loosely on the roof and rattle. Disadvantageous is also that the attachment of the wire, for example, on a ridge purlin can practically only be made from the underside of the roof, which in particular is a hindrance on roofs with a substructure. In the absence of a ridge purlin must In addition, a corresponding screed must only be attached as a replacement, which is the case with expanded ones Roof clearing is not possible in some cases.
From DT-PS 1 708 972 a fastening device is known, which consists of a continuous tension element, on which the ridge stones by means of their eyelets are threaded and which in each case between the individual eyelets for Roof structure is pulled down and attached to this. Downside to this Device is the risk that if the device ruptures a whole series ridge or ridge stones lose their attachment and fall down and that even if a single eyelet is torn out, not only the ridge concerned or ridge stone loses its attachment, but only all the others strung on a slack device, but no longer actually attached are. This device can only be attached to the roof structure from the underside of the roof be attached.
Furthermore, this fastening device also requires a ridge purlin or a corresponding plank to hang them on.
The invention is based on the object of a fastening device to improve the type described in such a way that a reliable and tight, but limited elastic attachment of ridge or ridge stones to all slatted roof structures is possible, which is also quick and easy can also be attached from the outside of the roof.
The solution to the problem posed by the invention consists in a fastening device of the type mentioned in that the wire has the shape of a has an essentially bent bracket in the middle, which is attached to its free, on both sides of the ridge to the top arranged roof battens or board formwork reaching under Each end is provided with a barb and by means of a connecting element is elastically braced against the ridge or ridge stone. The material wire for the clamp according to the invention is not essential to the invention. Rather, he can be made of any equivalent material. The bracket shape of the fastening device has the advantage that the distance between the barbs is reduced by bending the bracket in the middle of the outer distance of the two roof battens are essentially adapted can. In addition, when the bracket is tightened by means of the connecting element one brought about further buckling, whereby the two legs of the bracket to the center be drawn and the barbs themselves in the roof battens or board formwork hook up. Another advantage of the device according to the invention is that it on all lathed or boarded roofs from the outside of the roof quickly, can be installed easily and reliably and that the same size design can be used for different roof pitches and lath spacing.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the two are Legs in the assembled and tensioned state between the associated roof batten or board formwork and the central bend located areas at least partially formed arched. This has the advantage that when you tighten the bracket, everyone Leg only slides past the pack of roof batten, behind which then the barb engages, whereby it is ensured that the tderhaken without other Aid actually hooks into place. In addition, e after the hooking in during further tightening, the two arcuate leg areas are elastic stretched so that the process itself is tensing over a longer period of time Area extends and thereby the ridge or ridge stone is elastically attached. This means there is a risk of breaking or tearing out the fastening eyelet on the Underside of the ridge or ridge stone and the risk of the barb unhooking significantly reduced from the roof batten or board shuttering. It is also possible that the attachment can be carried out with different degrees of tension.
In preferred further embodiments of the invention, the Barbs an angle less than 900 and are sharpened to find the barbs. The bevelled edge makes it easier for them to penetrate the roof batten or board schaluna and it is ensured during tensioning that the door hooks do not bend open and go out.
The invention is illustrated in the following description with reference to the drawing explained by way of example in various sus guide forms. They show: FIG. 1 a Cross section through a roof ridge of different construction in the left half on the one hand and the right half on the other hand with a mounting bracket according to the invention each in the assembled and tensioned state Fig. 2 shows a cross section through a Roof ridge with another embodiment of the bracket according to the invention, namely in the left eleventh before and in the right after tension.
In the left half of the section according to FIG. 1 is a roof structure shown with board formwork 1, counter battens 2, roof battens 3, roof stone 4 and ridge stone 5. The right half of this figure shows a roof without a substructure, in which the roof battens 6 rest directly on the rafter 7. The one as a bracket 8 formed fastening device is bent in the middle 9, with the left Half is not shown. The right leg of the bracket 8 engages under the roof batten 6 and is stretched up by means of a connecting element 10 and attached to an eyelet 11 of the ridge stone 5 connected to this. The connecting element 10 is also a wire between the central bend 9 and the loop 11 of the ridge stone 5 so far stretched as possible. When tensioning the bracket 8 by means of the connecting element 10, the legs of the bracket 8 are pulled through the roof lath 6 so that the barb 12 penetrates the batten 6. On the left of FIG. 1 is the left leg of a bracket 13 with a barb 14 that has been bent once fixed on board formwork.
In the modified Ausführungsfor of the mounting bracket 8 according to 2, the legs 15, 17 additionally have an arch 17.
As can be seen from the right half of the cross-section the arcuate part 17 of the right leg 16 in the tensioned state only between the roof batten 18 and the central bend 19. The drawing also shows that that the leg 16 is elastically stretched by the adjustment and thereby for an additional elasticity of the fastening ensures.
