Beschreibung.Description.
Durchlauf- Misch- Heiz- oder Kühlaggregate für flüssige oder rieselfähige Produkte gibt es in einer Vielzahl von technischen Ausführungen. Die bekanntesten Formen sind Wärmetauscher bei denen das aufzubereitende Produkt durch ein Röhrensystem geleitet und vom Behandlungsotoff umströmt wird, oder aber umgekehrt das aufzubereitende Produkt einen Behälter durchfließt mit eingebautem Röhren- Heiz- oder Kühlsystem. Nachteilig bei vielen derartigen Systemen ist das mehr oder minder im Gleichstrom Durchfließen des aufzubereitenden Produktes ohne daß eine effektvolle Umwälzung erfolgt, die Misch-Heiz- oder Kühlvorgänge begünstigt. Dies ist, neben des verfahrenstechnischen Mangels, auch ein !Tachteil an Wirtschaftlichkeit. Dies ist zwangsläufig bedingt durch die Porm der einzelnen Röhren, an deren runden Innenflächen die Produktpartikel entlang und hoch laufen, sich abrollen oder überschlagen.
