An einem solchen Gerät besteht die Erfindung darin, daß zwischen dem Flansch und dem Besenholz ein Blech angebracht ist, welches ein mit dem Stielloch im Besenholz übereinstimmendes Loch mit wenigstens einer V-förmigen Aussparung aufweist, wobei zumindest ein diese Aussparung durchsetzender keilförmiger Ansatz vorhanden ist, welcher sowohl mit dem Flansch als auch mit dem Zapfen verbunden und so angebracht und dimensioniert ist, daß er mit minimalem Zwang in die Aussparung des Bleches paßt. Vorteilhafterweise besitzt der Ansatz auf der vom Zapfen abgekehrten Seite eine V-förmige Schneide. Dabei ist es günstig, wenn der Ansatz im Längsschnitt durch die Mitte des Stieles ein rechtwinkliges Dreieck bildet.
