Diese Ausbildung gestattet es, daß der Operateur oder sein Assistent während der Operation seine die Spreizvorrichtung handhabende Hand auf die Stirn oder auf den Brustkorb des Patienten aufstützen kann. Hierau ist der Handgriff mit einer Klemmschraube versehen, welche an ihn fest angeordnet ist und über welche er in der Jeweiligen Einstellung am Handhabungsteil befestigbar ist. Andernends ist in Verlängerung des Handhabungsteiles ein vorzugsweise aus Stahl bestehendes, plattenförmiges Anschlußteil mittels Schweißung oder in irgend einer anderen geeigneten Weise starr befestigt.
