Soll der Scherenschenkel geschwenkt werden, so faßt man die Handhülse b und zieht mit dem Daumen und Zeigefinger derselben Hand den Ring g in Richtung s und schwenkt den Scherenschenkel nach rechts, alsdann kommt, nachdem der Stift k aus dem Teil I frei ist, der Gewindegang d außer Eingriff mit dem Muttergewindeansatz der Hülse e, und dieses Gewinde d verhindert nun, daß ein Einschnappen des Stiftes k in I erfolgt.
