Die in üblicher Weise aus Holz hergestellte Wäscheklammer α ist mit zwei Schenkeln b, c versehen, von denen der Schenkel b erheblich dünner wie der Schenkel c ist, so daß er allein federnd zur Seite gespreizt wird, wenn das Wäscheseil eingeführt wird. Der stärkere Schenkel c ist mit einer Vertiefung f versehen, die zur vollen Aufnahme des Wäscheseiles bestimmt ist. Aus Fig. 2 und 3 ist der Gebrauch und die Wirkungsweise der neuen Klammer ersichtlich. Auf das Wäscheseil g ist ein Wäschestück h aufgehängt. Die Klammer α wird von oben auf das Seil aufgesetzt und dann in üblicher Weise nach unten gedrückt. Hierbei wird der Schenkel b nach außen gespreizt (Fig. 2), bis das Seil in die Vertiefung f des Schenkels c einschnappt (Fig. 3). Durch seine eigene Federkraft schließt sich hierauf der Schenkel b wieder, so daß ein Herunterfallen der Klammer von dem in der Vertiefung f liegenden Seil g ausgeschlossen ist und gleichzeitig ein sicheres Festhalten des Wäschestückes h erzielt wird. Das Abnehmen der Klammer kann in üblicher Weise wie bisher geschehen, indem man die Klammer einfach nach oben von dem Wäscheseil abzieht, wobei der federnde Schenkel b wieder nachgibt und das Seil g austreten läßt.From Fig. 2 and 3 the use and operation of the new clamp can be seen.
