Das Plattenmaterial besteht im vorliegenden Fall aus Preßspan. Es kann aber auch aus Sperrholz, Kunststoff, Metall und ggfls. sogar aus starkem Karton sein. Die einzelnen Plattenzuschnitte sind in geeigneter Weise mit ihren Kanten miteinander zu einem rechteckigen Körper verbunden und je nach dem Werkstoff der Platten in ihren Kantenbereichen zusammengeleimt bzw. geklebt, wobei darüberhinaus auch die Stirnseiten 12 der Papier- oder Kartonwaben mit den ihnen zugehörigen Innenseitenflächen 13 bzw.
