Description
Both the wings and the rib can connect to the base of the iliac crest be screwed.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung an in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert; es zeigt F i g. 1 eine Knochenplatte nach der Erfindung in perspektivischer Darstellung, F i g. 2 eine Knochenplatte nach F i g. 1 in geänderter Ausführungsform, F i g. 3 eine weitere Ausführungsform der Knochenplatte nach der Erfindung, F i g. 4 die Knochenplatte nach F i g. 1 in situ am Becken. In the following the invention is shown in the drawing Embodiments explained in more detail; it shows F i g. 1 a bone plate after of the invention in a perspective view, FIG. 2 a bone plate after F i g. 1 in a modified embodiment, FIG. 3 a further embodiment of the Bone plate according to the invention, FIG. 4 the bone plate according to FIG. 1 in situ at the pelvis.
The bone plates shown in the drawing are used for formation of the acetabular roof edge in hip joint operations. The bone plates, all of them consist of a suitable stainless metal alloy, have one in the longitudinal direction approximately circular curved plate part 1, which with its one longitudinal edge 2 to the support is set up on the pan roof 4 of the joint socket 3 and for the purpose of its attachment is provided with fastening lugs 5, 6 on this longitudinal edge 2. The bone plate is transverse to the longitudinal direction with the other longitudinal edge 7 inward, d. H. in the direction arched towards the joint head, not shown in the drawing, and drawn in. The bone plate overlaps in situ with this inwardly curved longitudinal edge 7 the joint head and prevents the joint head from moving upwards under load the socket 3 can pop out. In the exemplary embodiments, there is Bone plate made of relatively thin-walled sheet metal, although all the stresses takes up, but is flexible enough to suit individual anatomical conditions can be easily adapted. The inwardly retracted plate edge 7 is in the Illustration according to FIG. 4 lined by bone chips indicated at 8, the after healing has taken place, form a natural pan roof that passes through from above the bone plate is supported. Instead of such a relining with bone chips but there is also the possibility of the inwardly drawn-in plate edge 7 with to provide a bead not shown in the drawing, which the bone plate stiffened in the most statically stressed area without the adjustment the bone plate's desirable flexibility in the rest.
The plate edge 2 set up for support on the pan roof 4 has a recess 9 for receiving the base 10a of the iliac crest 10. Both sides the Comb-base OK therefore extends relatively far over the bone plate the acetabular roof, so that a wide support of the bone plate on the outside of the acetabular roof is obtained. The plate is also related to the recess in the longitudinal direction 9 designed symmetrically for the iliac crest 10, so that they can either be on the right or left hip joint can be used equally well.
The fastening lugs 5, 6 are in the illustrated embodiments provided on both sides of the recess 9. In the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS G. 1 and 4 these attachment approaches consist only of bendable, anatomically adjustable tabs 5, which in the other embodiments do not even have their entire length are related to the bone plate so that the tabs 5 in the The area of the slots Sa can be deformed so that they over their entire surface lie against the pelvic bone. Essentially, however, these tabs 5 run approximately tangential to the plate edge 2. They have screw holes Sb through which they can be screwed to the pelvic bone. In the working examples according to the F i g. 2 and 3 bears the bone plate in the rest of the recess 9 a fastening lug 6 which rises approximately vertically on the outside above the plate. This attachment approach 6 can, as shown in FIG. 2, the base 10a of the iliac crest 10 embrace with two wings 6a, or, as in Figure 3, represent a rib 6b, as it were, which is sunk into a slot to be prepared in the base of the iliac crest 10 will. In both cases, the wings 6a or the rib 6b with the iliac crest 10 screwed through holes 6c. In the case of the in FIG. 2 illustrated embodiment the attachment attachment 6 can connect directly to the edge of the recess 9.
The socket itself is also damaged, so that into the socket 3 a so-called trough must be used, so the inwardly drawn edge 7 of the bone plate to the edge that has been extended to the front and top for this purpose the one lining the socket, shown in FIG. 4 connected trough, not shown be, so that the bone plate according to the invention together with the trough a single Piece forms.
In addition, in the plate in the area of the rounded at 11 Plate ends secretion outlet openings 12 arranged.
