Durch diesen Verschlufs ist es möglich, jeden Korb, auch wenn der Deckel desselben nicht dicht aufsitzt, fest zu verschliefsen, da derselbe drehbar ist und sich verlängern oder verkürzen läfst. Auch ist das Montiren des ganzen Verschlusses höchst einfach, da man nur einige Blechzungen umzubiegen hat. Derselbe besteht aus zwei Theilen, nämlich aus der Hülse A, in welcher eine Feder B angebracht ist. An der hinteren Seite der Hülse A befindet sich ein Schieber C, der oben umgebogen ist und auf der Feder B ruht. Derselbe wird durch umgebogene Lappen der Hülse A geführt. Unten hat der Schieber C einen Griff und ist mit einem nach hinten aufgebogenen Haken D versehen. Die Hülse A hat oben noch ein Scharnier, um welches sie drehbar ist und welches am Korbdeckel durch zwei Blechzungen festgemacht wird. Der zweite Theil des Verschlusses besteht aus einem Knopf B, der vorn einen hohlen Ansatz F hat, in welchen der Haken D eingehängt wird. Der Knopf E hat wieder zwei Blechzungen, durch welche er an dem Korb festgemacht wird. Hat man beide Theile befestigt, so braucht man nur den Schieber C am Griff festzunehmen, herunterzuziehen und den Haken D in den hohlen Ansatz F zu hängen.
