Claims (1)
- Patent-Anspruch:Einrichtung zur Bestimmung der Zusammensetzung eines Gases mittels des Interferometers nach Lord Rayleigh nach Patent 239120, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der fadenförmige Spiegel gebildet wird von einer zusammenhängenden Spiegelfläche, auf der die Fadenform durch eine aufgelegte Doppelblende erzeugt wird.
