Die unterschiedlichen Härtegrade zwischen dem Straasenbelag e~ λ "?r se it a und dem hartgefrorenen Eis andererseits sollen in folgender Beschreibung die Erfindungamerkmale eines strassenschonenden G-leitachutzes kennzeichnen. The different degrees of hardness between the road surface e ~ λ "? r se it a and the hard-frozen ice on the other hand should be in The following description of the invention features of a road-friendly Mark the G-Leitachutzes.
The conventional single-flange spike with its oversized head width causes a high press-on force and the carbide tip protrudes almost rigidly over the tire tread, so that road damage can be caused by this anti-skid device right from the start of its use. The narrow s cha ft holder and the unsolved cooling problem of the heated single flange stud stick to this as a major disadvantage due to loosening and high protrusion, which has caused enormous road damage for years prove. Except for the rough ferry service and the unsafe one Vehicle guidance behavior was granted to this single-flange anti-skid generally only a short service life. According to the invention, the new hollow cone head has an annular shape lower edge as a support surface has a much smaller surface area than the well-known single-flange spike. This achieves that the spike can deflect much better into the upholstery rubber zone due to this small contact surface. The displaced lower rubber can also move into the cavity of the cone head. As a result When driving on an ice-free road, the resistance of the hard road surface causes the cross-shaped spike face to extend into the Level of the tire tread pushed back. On an icy road however, the pretensioning pressure on the spike head is sufficient, the spike face to fully engage. The preload pressure on the contact surface or contact surface of the spike can vary in its area can be adapted to the various requirements by metering. By compressing the spike while driving On dry, especially rain-soaked roads, the rubber contact with the road is hardly reduced compared to the unpopulated tire, so that the highest possible driving safety is guaranteed »

In the driving operation resulting Pubhöhe the spike of about 1 mm also allows a high number of La & twechseln of Ho hl cone head in the linfederungsbereich of the cushion gum (high speed) is 0. According to the invention for the always precise bearing seat in the tread of the widened, hollowed spike shaft including the hollow cone head, where the compact rubber lashing in the entire storage area largely rules out any tilting movements or similar
The one designed as a cooling cylinder also acts according to the invention thin-walled spike shaft is advantageous, since the heat flowing from the tip of the spike into the lower half of the shaft, which in the upper cooling system continues to flow, reduced to such an extent that damage to the rubber tensioning is excluded.
The hard metal body pressed into the lower part of the shaft stands with it its cruciform cooling wings free in the cavity of the shaft? However, it protrudes about 1 mm beyond. The distance between the spike cooling wings and the shaft wall is intended to prevent direct heat transfer into the upper spike storage zone, -The The task of the cooling vanes of the hard metal body is to reduce the heat generated by road contact within the shaft cavity to cool down so that most of the incoming heat is stopped beforehand »
Another decisive factor for heat reduction is this given that the lower spike preload pressure, conditional durofa the reduced contact area of the hollow cone head compared to the conventional Sinflansch spike, a significantly lower! frictional heat generated.
