Abstract

The chest or cabinet has special plastic moulding fitted to the lower half of each side. The moulding has three parallel horizontal grooves, one above the other. The top and bottom grooves extend the full length of the moulding but the central groove has a stop at each end. The drawer has a base which extends to form a ridge matching the bottom groove. A pin attached to the side of the draver at its inner end slides in the middle groove and retains the drawer at an angle permitting access to the rear. A tray slides in the top groove.
