Abstract

The preformed lid of the carton has two raised sections on the inner surface and the top edge of the carton side is folded over to provide a lip. When the lid is closed the recess under the raised sections latches with the lip to provide a secure sealing action. A slot between the raised sections is provided for releasing the lid.
