Description
KAISERLICHESIMPERIAL
PATENTAMT.PATENT OFFICE.
Back brace and resilient shoulder rest and consists in that one or both Shoulder rests adjustable on the back rail grip shoulder caps on one side, which are tensioned with one another by adjustable straps over the chest and back, on the other hand with one of the back splint
ίο ausgehenden Halter einer federnden Druckpelotte für die Bruchstelle verstellbar verbunden sind.ίο outgoing holder of a resilient pressure pad are adjustably connected for the breaking point.
The shoulder support apparatus shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment has the purpose of returning the upper body to its normal position after a broken collarbone to bring before the break, in which the healing of the break point must take place, if one is known to be very fast and in healing should be prevented in all positions of the broken bone parts. Are the parts of the body affected by the broken collarbone by means of the object the invention forming support apparatus is brought into the normal position, then a resilient pad provided on the latter is set at the break point and exercises on this one slight, preventing the broken collarbone from yielding Pressure off.
In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows the supporting apparatus together with the clavicle fracture pad attached to a patient, in front view.
Fig. 2 zeigt die Rückansicht des Apparates undFig. 2 shows the rear view of the apparatus and
Fig. 3 die an einem federnden Bügel angebrachte Pelotte mit Einstellvorrichtung.3 shows the pad with adjustment device attached to a resilient bracket.
Die an einem federnden Bügel 18 befestigte Pelotte 19, welche nach dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel um einen Punkt 20On the hip bow ι of the support apparatus, which is on the front in a known manner is held together by a belt 2, is on the back one running along the spine Rail 3 held in place by means of an adjusting screw 4. An elongated hole 5 in the back rail enables it to be adjusted in any altitude. Caps 6 and 7 are pulled over the armpits, and caps on the front held together by an adjustable belt 8 and on the rear side by a belt 9 that can be adjusted on both sides will. In the middle of the belt 9 a loop 10 is provided for receiving the back rail 3 is used. At the armpit cap adjacent to the break, according to the illustrated embodiment So on the armpit cap 7, a loop 11 is provided for lifting the armpit serves. This lifting takes place with the aid of a rail 12 which is attached to the back rail 3 has a pivot point 13 and with its free end 14 in the loop 11 of the armpit cap 7 intervenes. A support rail 15, which has its pivot point 16 in the back rail 3 has, is used to hold the rail 12 by means of teeth 17 in the raised position. The pad 19 attached to a resilient bracket 18, which according to the present Embodiment around a point 20
