Der Mantel α ist glockenähnlich gestaltet. Die Glocke verjüngt sich nach oben und hat in diesem Teil 3 Längsnuten c. Unten, innerhalb der Glocke, zwischen den Längsnuten c befinden sich drei kleine Aussparungen e, e_t und e₂ (s. Fig. 3). Beim Montieren oder Auswechseln schiebt man nur die Glocke α über den Innenkörper b in der Weise, daß die am Körper b befindlichen Rippen d, ä_v und d₂ durch die Nuten c, C₁ und C₂ (s. Fig. 3) hindurchgleiten. Eine Drehung der Glocke α um 60 ° ermöglicht, daß sich die Rippen d, d_x und d₂ in die kleinen Aussparungen e, e_r und e₂ hineinschieben. Die Glocke α läßt sich nun nicht mehr drehen, man muß sie erst etwas anheben. Am unteren Ende des Innenkörpers b befinden sich drei kleine Nasen f, f_x und f₂ dachähnlich abgeschrägt zur Aufhängung des Glühkörpers. Im Vertikalschnitt (Fig. 2) sind die Abzüge g für die heiße Luft sichtbar, ebenso in Fig. 3. Diese Abzugslöcher g sind senkrecht über dem Glühkörper kreisförmig in dem wagerechten Teil des Mantels zwischen dem oberen engeren und dem unteren weiteren Teil angeordnet und verhindern, daß die heißen Verbrennungsgase um das Brennerrohr herum emporsteigen und dieses zu sehr erwärmen. Die Mischkammer h wird mit Hilfe von Dichtungsmaterial im Körper b eingeschraubt oder auf andere geeignete Weise befestigt.The jacket α is designed like a bell. Patent Claims:

1.
