Description

  • Bezeichnung der Erfindung: Verfahren zur Veränderung von Plastic-Grundstoffen. (Bad Sodener "Kälteschockverfahren") Die Neuerung betrifft alle Plastic-Grundstofe, die im Blasverfahren oder Forndruck hergestellt werden.
  • ün kennt bereits viele Verfahren um der jeweiligen Einsatzzweck entsprechend diese Stoffe anzupassen. (Dichte, Transparenz, Chemikalienbeständigkeit, etc.) Im Bereich der Abfülltechnik war es nicht möglich, mit wirtschaftlicher und technischen Einsatz (umweltfreundlich) transparente, gasdichte Flaschen herzustellen.
  • Der Neuerung ist es gelungen diese Nachteile zu beseitien. Unmittelbar nach Verlassen der Spritzdüse, Schlauch oder Folie wird durch eine anjepasste Vorrichtuno kontinuierlich ein Kälteschock ausgelöIst,+z.B.
  • durch pulverisiertes Trockeneis. Der Temperatursturz von ca. 200 bis 240 Grad Celsius bewirkt eine erhebliche Änderung der physikalischen werte.

Claims (4)

  1. S¢hutzansprüche: Verfahren zur Veränderung von Plastic-Grundstoffen, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, 1. daß bei der Verarbeitung ein kontinuierlicher Kälteschock erzeugt wird,
  2. 2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Hohlkörpern der Kälteschock durch Luft-Kälteittel-Zusatzstoffe außen oder innen oder gleichzeitig angewendet wird.
  3. 3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, daß ir verlauf des Kalteschocks magnetische Schwin@ungen und mechanische Vibrationen einwirken.
  4. 4. Verfahren nach einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche d a d u r c h g e k e n nz e i c h n e t, daß Zusatzstoffe pulver-, flüssig- oder gasförmig beigemischt werden.
