Die Erfindung betrifft einen Anbohrsattel aus thermoplastischem Werkstoff, wie er im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 beschrieben und beispielsweise aus der DE-GM 7121 715 bekannt ist. Schweißmuffen 9 mit elektrischem Strom über die Drahtanschlüsse 9' werden der Oberteil 3 mit dem
Stutzen 2' einerseits und der Anschlußstutzen 3' mit der Zweigleitung 10 andererseits fest verbunden. Hierauf
wird ein rohrförmiges Schneidwerkzeug in den Oberteil 3 eingeführt und damit die Anschlußbohrung 8 und eine
Rohranbohrung 1' gebohrt. Beim Bohren der Anschlußbohrung 8 wird der im Innern des Stutzens 2'
angeordnete Drahtanschluß T unter Durchschneidung zu diesem Anschluß führenden Drahtendes entfernt,
was jedoch bedeutungslos ist, weil der Widerstandsdraht 6 nach der Verschweißung des Sattelteils 2 mit der
Rohrleitung 1 keine weitere Aufgabe mehr zu erfüllen hat. Der Oberteil 3 wird nach außen durch Einsetzen des
Verschlußzapfens abgeschlossen, der einen in eine Nute 3' einrastenden Sprengring 4" aufweist. Ein Dichtungsring
4' aus gummielastischem Werkstoff dichtet den Verschlußzapfen 4.
Durch die paarweise Verwendung von Sattelteilen 2 kann der gesamte, von innen umspannte Umfang der
Rohrleitung 1 verschweißt werden, und zwar auch dann, wenn nur ein Einzelanschluß benötigt wird. Dadurch
werden die in der Praxis häufig auftretenden Schubkräfte symmetrisch auf zwei Schweißstellen verteilt. Die
Verschweißung gepaarter Sattelteile 2 mit der Rohrleitung 1 erfolgt zweckmäßig in einem Arbeitsgang. Der
separat hergestellte Oberteil 3 kann auch mit Hilfe eines Schweißspiegels mit dem Stutzen 2' verbunden werden.
