Die Erfindung betrifft eine Nähvorrichtung für chirurgische Operationen, welche insbesondere zum Vernähen der bei chirurgischen Eingriffen an Darm und Magen erzeugten Öff-, nungen geeignet ist und bezwecken soll, die Naht rasch sowie gleichmäßig herzustellen und dadurch die Dauer des Eingriffes im Interesse der Genesung des Kranken bedeutend abzukürzen. In der schwalbenschwanzförmigen Nut h der Leiste d ist das Gehäuse k der Nähmaschine mit seinem ebenfalls schwalbenschwanzförmigen Fuß / geführt und wird, durch das mit der Verzahnung e der Schiene d kaminende Rad j zwangläufig bewegt.
