Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Abziehen der Klingen von Sicherheitsrasiermessern, bei welcher die Klinge in einem zweiteiligen, in seinem Ausschlag begrenzten Halter abwechselnd gegen die beiden Seiten des Streichriemens gelegt wird. Das Kennzeichen der Vorrichtung besteht darin, daß der Klingenhalter in der Verschlußlage des Rahmens durch diesen in der Schließlage ίο gesichert und in seinem Ausschlage begrenzt, nach öffnen des Rahmens aber ohne weiteres freigegeben ist. Eine derartige Anordnung vereinfacht die Bedienung der Vorrichtung, da es zu ihrer Ingebrauchnahme nur des Schließens des Rahmens bedarf, und andererseits nach Öffnen des Rahmens auch der Klingenhalter ohne weiteres freigegeben ist.The present invention is a device for removing the blades from Safety razors, in which the blade in a two-part, in its deflection The limited holder is alternately placed against the two sides of the strop. Der die Streichriemenführungsrolle g tragende Rahmen ist der Länge nach in die durch Scharniere miteinander verbundenen Teile α und b geteilt und wird in seiner Schließlage durch einen Schnappriegel j> gesichert. Die beiden Rahmenteile weisen Führungsstangen I und I¹ für die Riementrume m¹ und m² auf. Der Klingenhalter besteht aus einer Unterplatte h mit Stiften i, welche in die Löcher in der Messerklinge k und die Löcher i¹ in der an der Unterplatte h angelenkten Oberplatte h¹ eingreifen. Der Halter ist in dem Rahmen dadurch befestigt, daß der eine Flügel mit Stirnzapfen in Bohrungen des Rahmenteils α eingesetzt ist. Auf dem einen Stirnzapfen sitzt ein Zahnbogenstück f, welches mit einem auf dem Zapfen der Rolle g sitzenden Zahnbogenstück kämmt. Der freie Flügel h¹ weist einen Ansatz auf, welcher in der Schließlage des Halters zwischen die beiden Rahmenteile greift (Fig. 1), so daß der Verschluß nach Schließen des Rahmens gesichert ist. Die Begrenzung des Ausschlags des Klingenhalters erfolgt durch Widerlage seines einen ausgesparten Zapfens gegen eine Nase t am Rahmenteil b (Fig. 5); hierdurch wird die Messerklinge in die durch Fig. 3 und 4 veranschaulichten Streichwinkel eingestellt.FIG. 4 shows a representation corresponding to FIG. 3 with a changed inclined position of the blade.
