Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung, um eine größere Anzahl Tierhäute, Felle und dergleichen flächenartige Gegenstände unregelmäßiger Form ihrem Flächenraume nach auf photographischem Wege zu messen. Das hierbei in Betracht kommende Verfahren beruht auf der Verwendung der Photographie in Verbindung mit einem im photographischen Apparate an Stelle der Matt-ιό scheibe eingesetzten Raster von ganz bestimmter, im Verhältnis zur Objektweite und Brennweite des Objektives stehenden Verkleinerung der auf dem Raster ersichtlichen Flächeneinheiten. Die zu messenden Gegenstände werden mittels nachstehend beschriebener Einrichtung photographiert, wobei das Aufnehmen derselben in rascher Aufeinanderfolge mittels in geeigneter Weise sich abrollender Filmeinrichtung geschehen kann; nach der Entwicklung der Aufnahmen zeigen dieselben die durch rasch ablesbare Maßlinien geteilte Fläche des zu messenden Gegenstandes. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt nun eine Ausgestaltung der für das beschriebene Meßverfahren nötigen Einrichtung zum Zwecke der schnellen Messung einer größeren Anzahl der zu messenden flächenartigen, unregelmäßig gestalteten Gegenstände. Die neue Einrichtung besteht im wesentlichen darin, daß auf der Filmwelle der vorzugsweise an einem Gestell hängenden, mit ihrem Objektiv nach unten gerichteten photographischen Kamera außen ein Rad angebracht ist, von welchem ein Ubersetzungsmittel, wie Kette o. dgl., zu einem getrennt von der Kamera liegenden, vorzugsweise am Traggestell der letzteren angebrachten Dreh- oder Schaltwerk läuft.
