Diese übliche Umschaltphase hat den Nachteil, daß der Spritzdruck während dieser Pause um ein beträchtliches abfällt und damit die Fließfront der zuerst eingespritzten Komponente kurzfristig zum Stillstand kommt. Dadurch entstehen dann auf der Oberfläche der herzustellenden Formteile sichtbare Markierungen.
