Abstract
Kochvorrichtung umfassend ein Kochfeld (2), mindestens einen an das Kochfeld (2) angepassten Strahlheizkörper (3) und einen Leistungswähler (6), der dem entsprechenden Strahlheizkörper (3) zugeordnet ist, durch den der Benutzer die Leistung auswählt, mit der der Strahlheizkörper (3) arbeitet, wobei jeder Strahlheizkörper (3) einen Temperatursensor (4) aufweist, der ausgelegt ist, die Temperatur des Kochfelds (2) zu messen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Steuerung (5) umfasst, die elektrisch mit dem entsprechenden Temperatursensor (4) und dem Leistungswähler (6) verbunden ist und die konfiguriert ist, die Leistung des Strahlheizkörpers (3) gemäß der von dem Leistungswähler (6) ausgewählten Leistung, der vom Temperatursensor (4) gemessenen Temperatur und einer Anstiegs- oder Abfallsgeschwindigkeit der vom Temperatursensor (4) gemessenen Temperatur zu regeln, wobei der Temperatursensor (4) den entsprechenden Strahlheizkörper (3) orthogonal durchquert und ein Ende (4b) des Temperatursensors (4) in ständigem Kontakt mit dem Kochfeld (2) gehalten wird, wobei der Strahlheizkörper (3) ferner Isoliermittel (9) umfasst, die den Temperatursensor (4) umgeben und ihn thermisch isoliert halten, und elastische Mittel (12), die eine Kraft auf den Temperatursensor (4) ausüben, indem sie ihn in Richtung des Kochfelds (2) pressen, um einen dauerhaften Kontakt des Endes (4b) des Temperatursensors (4) mit dem Kochfeld (2) sicherzustellen.
