Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf solche Vorrichtungen zum Entfernen von Pulvergasen aus Geschützrohren, bei denen an das Bodenstück des Geschützrohres eine Saugleitung angeschlossen ist. Bisher hat man derartige Vorrichtungen, die beispielsweise durch die Patentschrift 170149 bekannt geworden sind, nur bei Geschützen verwendet, bei denen die Verschlußöffnung die Mantelfläche des Bodenstückes des Geschützrohres durchdringt, wie es z. B. bei Keilverschlüssen der Fall ist. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt nun, eine Vorrichtung der erwähnten Art zu schaffen, die für solche Geschütze verwendbar ist, bei denen sich die Verschlußöffnung, wie es beispielsweise bei Schrauben- und Kammverschlüssen der Fall ist, an der Stirnfläche des Bodenstückes des Geschützrohres befindet.

Das Geschützrohr A des Rohrrücklaufgeschützes, das in einem Panzerturme B aufgestellt ist, ist in bekannter Weise in der Wiege C verschiebbar geführt, die mittels der Schildzapfen c¹ in der Lafette D schwingbar gelagert ist. Neben der Lafette D ist ein Ventilator E aufgestellt, zu dessen Antrieb ein Elektromotor F dient. An den Ventilator E ist eine Saugleitung E¹ und eine Druckleitung E² angeschlossen. In dem die Stirnfläche des Bodenstückes überdeckenden Teile des Rauchfanges a² ist für den von der Fläche g³ begrenzten Teil der Verschluß tür G¹ ein Ausschnitt a³ (Fig. 2) vorgesehen, dessen Gestalt derjenigen der Fläche g³ entspricht. Die Öffnung eⁱ besitzt dieselbe Breite wie die Öffnung a⁵, ihre Höhe ist jedoch kleiner als die Höhe der Öffnung a⁵. Infolgedessen können die zu entfernenden Pulvergase innerhalb gewisser, von dem Höhenunterschiede der Öffnungen e⁴ und «⁵ abhängiger Grenzen bei jeder beliebigen Erhöhung des Geschützrohres aus dem Rauchfange a² in die Saugleitung E¹ überströmen. Öffnet man nunmehr den Verschluß G G¹, indem man nach vorheriger Entriegelung des Verschlußstuckes G die Verschlußtür G¹ um die Achse des Zapfens g² zur Seite schwenkt, so werden die im Geschützrohre zurückgebliebenen Pulvergase in die öffnung «⁴ des Rauchfanges «² hineingesaugt, strömen durch diesen hindurch und treten auf dem Wege «⁵-e⁴ in die Saugleitung E¹ des Ventilators E ein, der sie in die Druckleitung E ² hineindrückt; aus der Druckleitung E² treten die Pulvergase oberhalb der Decke des Panzerturmes ins Freie, wo sie die Bedienungsmannschaft des Geschützes nicht mehr zu belästigen vermögen.During the shooting, the fan E is continuously in operation.
