Verpackungsmethode sind hohe Personalkosten. Eine weitere Verpackungsart
ist das sogenannte Vakuum-Tiefziehverpacken, wie es aus der DE-A-2364565
bekannt ist. Hier werden aus einer Unterfolienbahn Mulden geformt,
in die das zu verpackende Produkt eingelegt wird. Das so gefüllte Behältnis wird
mit einer abdeckenden Oberfolienbahn in eine Vakuumkammer eingebracht
und dort evakuiert und versiegelt. In der Kammer wird Wärme auf
die von der Unterfolie gebildete Mulde aufgebracht, wodurch Schrumpfkräfte freigesetzt
werden, die dazu führen,
daß sich
die Unterfolie an das zu verpackende Gut anschmiegt. Eine derart
