Claims (5)

1. Vorgefertigter Isolierkörper (1), bestehend aus wenigstens zwei Formteilen (2a, 2b) aus einem flexiblen elastomeren Schaumstoff zum thermischen Isolieren von in Normgrößen vorliegenden Durchflusselementen, wie Ventilen, Rohrabzweigungen, Rohrbögen und dergleichen, wobei die Formteile innenseitig für ein Anliegen an den Durchflusselementen ausgeformt und außenseitig mit einer fest aufgebrachten Schicht versehen sind, die die Formteile (2a, 2b) unter Bildung eines Scharniers zu einem Stück verbindet, so dass sie bezogen auf das jeweilige Durchflusselement zwischen einer offenen und einer geschlossenen Montagestellung verschwenkbar und in letzterer aneinander fixierbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht eine Haut (5a, 5b) aus dem Schaumstoffmaterial des Isolierkörpers (1) ist, die an seinen Außen- und Innenflächen beim Ausformen durch Nicht-Ausschäumen gebildet wird, und die an der Stelle des Scharniers einen schmalen elastischen Streifen (5c) bildet, der gerade so dick ist, dass die Dauerscharnierwirkung ohne Einreißen gewährleistet ist.
2. Vorgefertigter Isolierkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unge­ dehnte Erstreckung des Streifens (5c) zwischen den Formteilen (2a, 2b) 1 bis 20 mm beträgt.
3. Vorgefertigter Isolierkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, dass die Dicke des Streifens (5c) 0,05 bis 0,5 mm beträgt.

Vorgefertigter Isolierkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, dass der Schaumstoff aus Acrylnitril-Butadien-Kautschuk (NBR), Ethy­ len-Propylen-Dien-Kautschuk (EPDM), Chloroprenkautschuk (CR), Butadienkaut­ schuk, chloriertes Polyethylen (CPE), Ethyl-Vinyl-Acetat (EVA) oder Mischungen davon oder aus Mischungen aus NBR und Polyvinylchlorid besteht.
5. Vorgefertigter Isolierkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, dass die Dichte des geschäumten flexiblen elastomeren Schaumstoffs 40 bis 150 kg/m3 beträgt.
