Claims (15)

1. Chirurgisches Instrument (10) mit einem Schaft (12), mit einem an ei­ nem distalen Ende des Schafts (12) angeordneten beweglichen Werk­ zeug (14, 16), mit einem an einem proximalen Ende des Schafts (12) angeordneten beweglichen Betätigungselement (40), mit einem dem Betätigungselement (40) zugeordneten Kraftübertragungsglied (22) zum Übertragen von Zug- und/oder Schubkräften vom Betätigungselement (40) auf das Werkzeug (14, 16) und mit einer Kraftbegrenzungsvorrich­ tung zum Begrenzen einer vom Betätigungselement (40) auf das Kraftübertragungsglied (22) wirkenden Zug- und/oder Schubkraft, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftbegrenzungsvorrichtung ein Kraftbe­ grenzungselement (66; 80) umfaßt und daß das Kraftbegrenzungsele­ ment (66, 80) direkt auf das proximale Ende des Kraftübertragungsglieds (22) wirkt.1.
