Abstract

The motor has a circular cover (30) with a cylindrical flange with a permanent magnet (32) and a central shaft (31) engaging a bearing sleeve (121). A magnetically-conducting tube (12') fits on the outside of the bearing sleeve and carries a flat pole plate (10') with stamped-out tags (11') forming pole pieces. A circular coil (20) fits inside the pole pieces and additional pole pieces (11) on a baseplate (10) fastened to a substrate. The baseplate has a central tube (12) fitting outside the tube on the pole plate and supports a conductor plate (40) with electrical connections and a sensor (42).

Claims (17)

1. Bürstenloser Gleichstrommotor, umfassend:
  • - ein Polblech 10', das durch Stanzen eines magnetisch leitfähigen Bleches gebildet ist, wobei das Polblech 10' eine Mehrzahl von Polflächen 11' und ein magnetisch leitfähiges Rohr 12' umfasst, wobei die Polflächen 11' des Polbleches 10' ringförmig um das magnetisch leitfähige Rohr 12' des Polbleches 10' angeordnet sind;
  • - eine magnetische Polunterlage 10, die durch Stanzen eines weiteren magnetisch leitfähigen Bleches gebildet ist, wobei die magnetische Polunterlage 10 eine Mehrzahl von Polflächen 11 und ein magnetisch leitfähiges Rohr 12 umfasst, wobei die Polflächen 11 der magnetischen Polunterlage 10 ringförmig um das magnetisch leitfähige Rohr 12 des magnetischen Polbleches 10 angeordnet sind;
  • - eine Wicklungsanordnung 20, die an der magnetischen Polunterlage 10 angebracht ist;
  • - eine Leiterplatte 40, die an der magnetischen Polunterlage 10 angebracht ist; und
  • - einen Rotor 30, der eine Welle 31 und einen Permanentmagneten 32 umfasst;
wobei das magnetisch leitfähige Rohr 12' des magnetischen Polbleches 10' und das magnetisch leitfähige Rohr 12 der Polunterlage 10 fest umeinander herum unter Bildung eines Achsrohres angebracht sind, wobei mindestens ein Lager 121 im Achsrohr aufgenommen ist, um die Welle 31 des Rotors 30 drehbar zu halten; und
wobei die Polflächen 11 der magnetischen Polunterlage 10 und die Polflächen 11' des Polbleches 10' abwechselnd rund um das Achsrohr herum angeordnet sind.
1. Brushless DC motor comprising:
