Claims (17)

1. Prothesefuß (1), gekennzeichnet durch:
einen Fußkörper (100), welcher ein Fersenteil (22) und ein Zehenteil (21) aufweist;
ein Knöchelelement (60), das schwenkend an dem Fersenteil (22) montiert ist und zwei gegenüberliegende Enden (61) aufweist und ein Zwischenteil (63) zwischen den gegenüberliegenden Enden (61);
einen Knöchelschaft (50), der sich durch das Zwischenteil (63) des Knö­ chelelements (60) erstreckt; und
zwei Vorspannungselemente (70), die innerhalb des Fersenteils (22) unter­ halb des Knöchelelements (60) und jeweils benachbart zu den gegenüber­ liegenden Enden (61) montiert sind, um das Knöchelelement (60) zu stüt­ zen.
2. Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fußkör­ per (100) weiter eine obere Oberfläche (23) aufweist, die sich von dem Zehenteil (21) zu dem Fersenteil (22) erstreckt, eine longitudinale Ausspa­ rung (24) zwischen dem Zehenteil (21) und dem Fersenteil (22) und wel­ che sich nach innen von der oberen Oberfläche (23) erstreckt und eine Fe­ der, die in der longitudinalen Aussparung (24) montiert ist und ein erstes Ende (31) aufweist, das sich in Richtung zu dem Zehenteil (21) erstreckt und ein zweites Ende (32), das sich in Richtung zu dem Fersenteil (22) er­ streckt, wobei der Fußkörper (100) gewölbt werden kann, um die obere Oberfläche (23) zu deformieren, und die Aussparung (24) zusammenzu­ ziehen, und wobei die Feder einer Kompressionskraft ausgesetzt ist, wenn die Aussparung (24) zusammengezogen ist und die obere Oberfläche (23) in eine normale Position von dieser wieder zurückbringt wenn die Kom­ pressionskraft aufgehoben ist.
3. Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fersenteil (22) ein Verbindungsloch (25) aufweist, wobei der Knöchelschaft (50) ein unteres Ende aufweist, welches in das Verbindungsloch (25) sich erstreckt und mit einer Kugel (51) unterhalb des Zwischenteils (63) ausgebildet ist und eine Gelenkpfanne (54), welche die Kugel (51) aufnimmt, um eine Kugel- und Gelenkpfannen-Verbindung zu bilden und eine Halteeinheit (56), die an dem Fersenteil (22) befestigt ist innerhalb des Verbindungs­ lochs (25) zum Halten der Gelenkpfanne (54) innerhalb des Verbindungs­ lochs (25).

Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Knöchel­ schaft (50) weiter einen Schraubabschnitt (42) umfasst, oberhalb von dem Knöchelelement (60) und eine Mutter (55), die an dem Schraubabschnitt (52) zum Festhalten des Knöchelelements (60) relativ zu dem Knöchel­ schaft (50) befestigt ist.

Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 4, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Knöchelschaft (50) weiter ein Positionierteil (53) zwischen dem Schrau­ babschnitt (52) und der Kugel (51) umfasst, wobei das Positionierteil (53) einen Mehrfach-Seiten-Querschnitt aufweist, wobei das Knöchelelement (60) weiter ein Durchgangsloch (64) für das Hindurchführen des Knöchel­ schafts (50) aufweist, wobei das Durchgangsloch (64) ein Teil (641) auf­ weist zum Aufnehmen des Positionierteils (53), und welches einen Quer­ schnitt im Wesentlichen entsprechend zu dem Mehrfach-Seiten- Querschnitt aufweist, wobei das Teil (641) des Durchgangslochs (64) das Positionierteil (53) aufnimmt, um eine relative Drehbewegung zwischen dem Knöchelschaft (50) und dem Knöchelelement (60) zu verhindern.
6. Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 4, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mutter (55) einen äußeren Umfang aufweist, der mit einer ringförmigen Nut (551) ausgebildet ist.

Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 6, weiter gekennzeichnet durch ein Schienbein (62), welches eine rohrförmige Wand (621) umfasst, die sich um den Schraubabschnitt (52) und die Mutter (55) herum erstreckt und eine Mehr­ zahl von Klemmschrauben (625), die sich radial und mit einem Gewinde durch die rohrförmige Wand (621) erstrecken und Enden aufweisen, wel­ che in Eingriff sind mit der ringförmigen Nut (551).
8. Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 1, weiter gekennzeichnet durch eine hydrauli­ sche Puffereinheit (400), welche umfasst:
einen hydraulischen Sitz (90), der auf dem Fußkörper (100) unterhalb der Vorspannungselemente (70) montiert ist und zwei voneinander beabstan­ dete, senkrechte Fluidaufnahmeteile einschließt, die sich nach oben er­ strecken von dem hydraulischen Sitz (90) und einen Fluiddurchgang (71), welcher innerhalb des hydraulischen Sitzes (90) zwischen und in Fluidver­ bindung mit den Fluidaufnahmeteilen ausgebildet ist, wobei die Fluidauf­ nahmeteile jeweils mit den Vorspannungselementen (70) verbunden sind; und
ein hydraulisches Fluid (120), welches innerhalb des Durchgangs (91) und der Fluidaufnahmeteile aufgenommen ist.

Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Vorspannungselemente (70) eine Spiralfeder (71) ist, welche einen hohlen Schraubsitz (72) einschließt, der in der Spiralfeder (71) eingepasst ist, wo­ bei der Schraubsitz (72) einen oberen Flansch (721) aufweist, der oben auf der Spiralfeder (71) gesetzt ist und eine Schraubenmutter (722), die inner­ halb des Schraubsitzes (72) gebildet ist, wobei das Knöchelelement (60) an dem Schraubsitz (72) durch die Schraubenmutter (722) angeschraubt ist.

Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fersenteil (22) weiter ein Verbindungsloch (25) aufweist, welches eine Verlängerung des Knöchelschafts (50) dahinein erlaubt, wobei der Fußkörper (100) wei­ ter zwei Federlöcher (26) an zwei Seiten des Verbindungslochs (25) auf­ weist, wobei die Spiralfeder (71) von jedem der Vorspannungselemente (70) in einem Entsprechenden der Federlöcher (26) aufgenommen ist.

Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 10, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der fluidaufnehmenden Teile einen rohrförmigen Pfosten (93) umfasst, der sich integral von einer oberen Oberfläche des hydraulischen Sitzes (90) er­ streckt und eine rohrförmige Hülse (95), welche einen oberen Abschnitt (951) aufweist, der dichtend einen jeweiligen der Schraubsitze (72) auf­ nimmt und einen unteren Abschnitt (952), der hülsenförmig und dichtend um einen jeweiligen der rohrförmigen Pfosten (93) vorgesehen ist, wobei das Fluid (120) in den rohrförmigen Pfosten (93) und dem oberen Ab­ schnitt (951) der rohrförmigen Hülse (95) aufgenommen ist, um einen Fluiddruck auf den Schraubsitz (72) auszuüben.

Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 11, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Knöchelschaft (50) ein unteres Ende aufweist, das sich in das Verbin­ dungsloch (25) erstreckt und mit einer Kugel (51) unterhalb des Zwi­ schenteils (63) ausgebildet ist, eine Gelenkpfanne (54), welche die Kugel (51) aufnimmt, um eine Kugel- und Gelenkpfannen-Verbindung zu bilden und eine Halteeinheit (56), welche an dem Fersenteil (22) innerhalb des Verbindungslochs (25) zum Halten der Gelenkpfanne (54) innerhalb des Verbindungslochs (25) befestigt ist.

Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 12, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinheit (56) einen Aufnahmeraum (561) umfasst und eine Haltewand (562), welche den Aufnahmeraum (561) begrenzt, wobei die Gelenkpfanne (54) eine Gelenkpfannenwand mit einer äußeren Wandfläche (541) auf­ weist, die über ein Gewinde in Eingriff ist mit der Haltewand (562).
14. Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 13, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinheit (56) an dem Fersenteil (22) angeschraubt ist.

Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 14, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hydraulische Sitz (90) an einer unteren Seite des Fußkörpers (100) ange­ ordnet ist, wobei die rohrförmigen Pfosten (93) sich jeweils in die Federlö­ cher (26) hinein erstrecken, wobei die oberen Abschnitte (951) der rohr­ förmigen Hülsen (95) sich jeweils in die Spiralfeder (71) erstrecken, um hülsenförmig aufgesetzt zu sein auf den Schraubsitzen (72).
16. Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 15, weiter gekennzeichnet durch eine Hülle (200) um den Fußkörper (100) herum.
17. Prothesefuß nach Anspruch 8, weiter gekennzeichnet der hydraulische Sitz (90) weiter ein Ventil (92) einschließt, das an dem Fluiddurchgang (91) angeordnet ist, um die Menge des hydraulischen Fluids (120), die von dem Fluiddurchgang (91) zu den senkrechten Fluidaufnahmeteil strömt, zu steuern.
