Abstract

Claims (9)

1. Schiebeelement auf einer stationär oder schwenkbeweg­ lich gelagerten Lamelle in dem Gehäuse einer Luftdüse für den Auslass eines Luftstromes aus einem Luftzuführ­ schacht, welches Schiebeelement vorderseitig einen Bedie­ nungsabschnitt zum manuellen Verschieben aufweist und die vordere Stirnfläche der Lamelle rückseitig umgreift und rückseitig Kopplungselemente zum Verstellen von Einstell­ mitteln in dem Gehäuse, insbesondere Lamellen mit um einen bestimmten Winkel gedrehter Schwenkachse aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
  • - dass das Schiebeelement (1) aus zwei beabstandeten, über ein Filmscharnier rückseitig verbundenen schalen­ förmigen Hälften oder aus zwei getrennten schalenförmi­ gen Hälften mit an der Rückseite vorgesehenen Rastver­ bindungen aus Kunststoff besteht, wobei an der einen Hälfte (2) Rastausnehmungen (4) und an der anderen Hälfte (3) federnde Rastnasen (5) vorgesehen sind, die Sperrwände (14) der Rastausnehmungen (4) im zusammenge­ setzten Zustand hintergreifen,
  • - dass die eine Hälfte (3) vorderseitig mindestens ein Abstandsteil (6) aufweist, das den Abstand der beiden Hälften (2, 3) vorderseitig definiert,
  • - dass an der zweiten Hälfte (2) ein zungenförmiger An­ satz (7) korrespondierend zu dem Abstandsteil (6) ange­ ordnet ist,
  • - dass das Abstandsteil (6) und der Ansatz (7) von min­ destens einem deckungsgleichen Durchbruch (8) durch­ setzt sind,
  • - dass die eine Hälfte (2) mindestens in den vorderen Eckenbereichen Rastansätze (9) mit von außen zugängli­ chen Hintergreifteilen aufweist,
  • - dass die Höhe des Abstandsteils (6) so gewählt ist, dass zwischen diesem und dem rückseitigen Filmscharnier oder hinter der Abschlusswand oder den Rastnasen (5) eine Gleitkammer (19) für die Lamelle (10) gegeben ist, und
  • - dass beide Hälften (2, 3) nach der rückseitigen Verbin­ dung die Lamelle (10) umgreifen und vorderseitig durch eine sich im wesentlichen über die Länge des Schiebe­ elementes (1) erstreckende Spange (11) miteinander ver­ bunden sind, die rückseitig mindestens einen Arretle­ rungsansatz (12) zum formschlüssigen Einsetzen in den Durchbrüchen (8) und federnde Rastvorsprünge (13) an den seitlichen Enden, nach innen vorstehend, aufweist, die die Rastansätze (9) an der einen Hälfte (2) im ein­ gerasteten Zustand hintergreifen.
