Reinigungsgerät dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es folgende Merkmale aufweist: 1. 1.1 ein Kissen (1) aus elastischem, flexiblem, schwammartigen Kunststoff, dessen Oberfläche mit einer Gewebebahn (2) bespannt ist, die aus handelsüblichem Textilgewebe aus Polyamid- und Elastahnfasern bzw. ausschließlich aus Polyamidfasern besteht, 1. 1.1.1 das Verhältnis der Anteile von Polyamidfasern zu Elastahnfasern liegt im Bereich zwischen 97% Polyamidfasern und 3% Elastahnfasern bis zu 80% Polyamidfasern und 20% Polyamidfasern und 20% Elastahnfasern bis hin zu 100% Polyamidfasern, 2. 1.2 optional ist unterhalb der Gewebebahn (2) eine Mantelfläche (3) aus flexiblem, elastischem Kunststoff, angebracht, die entweder direkt unter der Gewebebahn (2) oder durch eine Zwischenschicht (1.1) aus dem Material des Kissens (1) von dieser getrennt, angeordnet ist und 3. 1.3 an Stelle des Kissens (1) sind viele Textilbahnen (2) als Gewebeschicht (2.2) miteinander durch maschinelles Verweben, bzw. Verspinnen verbunden, analog der gewünschten beliebigen Form eines Kissens. 1.
