Überraschenderweise hat sich gezeigt, daß ein Markisentuch mit diesen Merkmalen eine ausreichend hohe IR-Reflektivität aufweist, obwohl keine Metallschicht auf einer Seite der Markisentuchs vorhanden ist. Das Markisentuch zeichnet sich ferner dadurch aus, daß es auch nach längerer Benutzung und häufigem Auf- und Abrollen keine Fehler wie Ablösungen oder Risse der IR-reflektierenden Schicht zeigt, sondern sein glattes und glänzendes Erscheinungsbild behält. Zudem wirkt das Markisentuch auf Grund des gebundenen Metallpulvers sehr hell, was den durch das Markisentuch vermittelten optischen Eindruck abermals verbessert.This awning fabric has metal powder bound in the volume, at least in some areas. Das Markisentuch 1 umfaßt drei Lagen 2, 3, 4. Die beiden äußeren Lagen 2, 4 weisen eine Folienstruktur auf. Sie bestehen aus PVC.
